Johnathan Dittman is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and quality engineering, currently serving as Manufacturing Engineering Team Leader and Lead Manufacturing Engineer at John Deere since June 2017, where responsibilities include leading large-scale capital projects and supporting production metrics. Prior roles at John Deere include Production Team Leader and Quality Engineer II, where project leadership and quality assurance were key focuses. Johnathan has also contributed as a Snowboard Instructor at Cascade Mountain, evaluating and training new employees, and served as an Engineer in the Wisconsin Army National Guard, supporting operations in Afghanistan.
