Scott Gerlach is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in leadership and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering and Operations at Cascade Engineering Technologies, Inc. since September 2020, Scott previously held the position of Business Unit Manager at PECO, an Astronics Company, from 2016 to May 2020. Earlier career roles included Generator Design Manager, Mechanical Engineering Manager, and Senior Mechanical Engineer at OECO from 2001 to 2016. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Oregon State University, earned between 1994 and 1999.
