Doug Redder has over 30 years of work experience in various leadership roles within the automotive industry. Doug worked as a Director of Operations at Cascade Engineering since 2019. Prior to that, they were the Operations/Continuous Improvement Manager at Yanfeng Automotive Interiors, where they provided operations leadership for a new Ford Explorer door panel launch.

From 2013 to 2018, Redder served as the Plant Manager at Motus Integrated Technologies, responsible for financial P&L and continuous improvement of operational KPIs. Doug successfully grew sales from $43 million to $110 million during their tenure.

At Johnson Controls, Redder held multiple roles including Operations Manager for the Headliner process and Overhead System assembly facilities and Operations Manager at the Battle Creek plant. Doug also worked as a Group Manager, managing Continuous Improvement/Value Analysis Coordinators for 14 Johnson Controls Interiors Plants.

Redder's earlier experience includes roles at Prince Corporation as a Resident Engineer/Project Engineer, where they managed product-engineering success for sunvisor programs and received three United States Patents for innovation in sun protection.

Doug Redder has attended Grand Rapids Community College and Ferris State University. Doug studied Plastics Engineering at Ferris State University and obtained an Associate Degree in Plastics Engineering Technology from a joint program between Grand Rapids Community College and Ferris State University.
