Laila Soleimani has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Laila is currently working as a Northeast Outreach Specialist at Cascade Energy, Inc since August 2022. Prior to this, Laila worked for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as an Outreach Specialist from June 2015 to August 2022. Laila also volunteered at Strategic Energy Innovations from June 2021 to September 2021. Laila has experience as a Brand Representative at Beacon Brand Solutions from April 2019 to July 2020, and as an Interim Project Director at Access Recreation New England from October 2018 to October 2019. Laila began their career at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. as a Clinique Sales Coordinator from August 2010 to March 2014.

Laila Soleimani obtained a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
