Manuela Janisch has a diverse work experience across multiple industries. Manuela currently works at casavi GmbH as the Head of People Operations, a role they have held since August 2021. Before that, they were a People Manager at the same company from January 2020 to July 2021. Prior to their time at casavi GmbH, Manuela worked as a Gastgeber Eventmanager at AIDA Cruises from May 2019 to September 2019. Manuela also has experience as a Student Tourism-Management B.A. and Student Associate at Fachhochschule Kempten - Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft from October 2014 to March 2019. Manuela worked as a Working Student Marketing & Organizations at casavi GmbH from May 2018 to February 2019. Manuela has also gained international experience as an International Student in Tourism-Management at Vancouver Island University in 2016. Manuela Janisch's education history begins with their enrollment at Hochschule für angewandte Wissenschaften Kempten in 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Tourism-Management in 2019. Prior to this, they attended Gymnasium Puchheim from 2004 to 2012, where they completed their Abitur with a focus on Mathematics, English, German, Geography (in English), and Biology.

In addition to their formal education, Manuela Janisch has acquired various certifications. In November 2021, they obtained a certification in Kanban System Design from Kanban University. Manuela also earned the Agile Practitioner certification from Sabel Akademie in July 2021. Furthermore, they hold an Ausbilderschein from IHK Schwaben, which they obtained in November 2017. In October 2017, they gained the Qualitätscoach certification from ServiceQualität Deutschland (SQD) e.V.

Additionally, Manuela Janisch has acquired language certifications. Manuela obtained an English-Language-Certificate C1 from Hochschule Kempten in July 2016. Furthermore, they hold a DELF Diplom Français B1 from Gymnasium Puchheim, which they obtained in May 2010.
