Anthony Schwarcz is a seasoned professional in real estate and corporate strategy, currently serving as the Head of Real Estate & Corporate Strategy at Nabr since January 2021, and as a Board Advisor for Casata and Business Advisor for OCEANIX. Anthony co-founded Travel To C, a tour company focused on authentic trips in Cambodia, in June 2015. Previously, Anthony led acquisitions at The Levine Organization, completing significant transactions and assessing a wide range of investment opportunities. With experience as a Project Manager at Youngwoo & Associates LLC, Anthony managed complex development projects and navigated regulatory processes. Early in the career, Anthony worked in various roles at Gemini Real Estate Advisors and Banque Heritage, sharpening skills in acquisitions, portfolio management, and financial analysis. Anthony holds a Master of Science in Real Estate - Finance from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance from Bentley University.
