Gonzalo Gout is the Director of DNA and Culture, Chief Operating Officer, and Managing Partner at Casamata in Ticuchi, Mexico City. Prior to their current roles, Gonzalo served as the Restaurant General Manager at Casamata and General Manager at Cosme. Gonzalo also has experience as a Restaurant Manager at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. Gonzalo earned a Bachelor's degree in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management/Manager from The Culinary Institute of America.
