Tara Dickey is a dedicated science teacher currently employed at Casa Grande Elementary School District since September 2016. Previously, Tara served as a leader and committee chair for the Girl Scouts of the USA, managing programs across three communities and overseeing the organization of 18 troops with 55 adult leaders and 195 girls from October 2012 to September 2017. Tara's earlier experience includes roles as a childcare provider at Eielson Family Child Care and room lead at Eielson School Age Program, where lesson planning and facilitating activities adhered to youth standards. Tara began their career as a server at Cheddar's Casual Cafe from August 2001 to April 2004. Academically, Tara holds a Master’s degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor of Arts in Child Development from Texas A&M University-Kingsville, complemented by an Associate of Science degree from Midland College.
