Mayara Hellmeister de Oliveira Zampin is an experienced legal professional with a focus on contract law and labor law. Currently serving as an attorney for Casa do Construtor since August 2022, responsibilities include providing legal support to the franchise, drafting and reviewing franchise contracts, and engaging in negotiations with franchisees and suppliers. Prior experience includes representing employees and employers in labor litigation at a law firm from April 2014 to August 2022 and serving as a legal intern at the São Paulo Court of Justice and PROCON SP, where tasks involved legal research and consumer rights mediation. Mayara is pursuing postgraduate studies in Contract Law and LGPD at Legale Educacional, following a prior Lato Sensu degree in Civil Law and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Centro Universitário Claretiano.
