Sharon Bastidas Retamozo is a passionate leader in tourism marketing with extensive experience in the hotel industry. Since June 2021, Sharon has served as Jefa de Marketing at Casa Andina Hoteles, overseeing a team of six and collaborating with four agencies to develop innovative strategies that have increased hotel occupancy and strengthened the Casa Andina brand. Prior to this role, Sharon held various marketing positions at Lindcorp, Fahrenheit DDB, Young & Rubicam, and Havas, where responsibilities included marketing analysis, account support, and planning. Sharon's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Commercial Management and Marketing from Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola and training at Miami Ad School and Instituto Peruano de Publicidad.
