Rhonda Ross has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Rhonda started their career at CAS in 1989 as a Unit Coordinator - Data Entry and later became an Editorial Production Assistant. In 1996, they left the company but returned in 1999 as an Executive Assistant to the Vice President, Finance. In 2008, they transitioned to the role of HR Administration Projects Specialist before moving on to various marketing roles within CAS. From 2010 to 2015, they served as the Manager of Web Marketing Strategy & Projects, and from 2015 to 2017, they were the Manager of Marketing Communications. Rhonda then became the Manager of Agile Marketing Campaign Scrum Team from 2017 to 2019. Most recently, they held the position of Assistant Director, Marketing Program Management from 2019 to 2022 before being promoted to their current role as Director of Marketing Programs, Communications, and Global Field Marketing.
Rhonda Ross pursued their education in various institutions over the years. From 1987 to 1989, they attended The Ohio State University, where they studied Computer Science and completed coursework towards a degree in Information Systems. Following this, in 1989 to 1991, they continued their studies at DeVry University, focusing on Computer Science and undertaking coursework towards a degree in Information Systems. Later, from 2008 to 2010, Rhonda Ross attended Ohio Dominican University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a field of study in Business Management.
