John Kratunis has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. John began their career at MDL Information Systems in 1992 as a Content Sales Manager, a position they held for a decade. In 2002, they joined CambridgeSoft as a Major Account Services employee, staying with the company for a year. In 2004, John started working at CAS, where they held various roles over the years, including Account Consultant, Major Accounts Manager, and Regional Manager. John then served as a Senior Applications Specialist for eight years before becoming a Customer Success Specialist in 2019. Most recently, John has been working as the Manager of Customer Success Specialists, N.A. at CAS since April 2021.
John Kratunis attended the University of Pennsylvania from 1977 to 1981, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Natural Science and English. John then pursued further education at the University of Rochester from 1981 to 1983, obtaining a Master of Science degree in Chemistry. Finally, from 1987 to 1990, John attended Rutgers Business School, where they completed their Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Marketing.
