Jason LaPorte started their career in 2011 as a Marketing Information Analyst at CAS before transitioning to become the General Manager at AutoZone from 2016 to 2018. In 2010, they founded their own real estate company called LaPorte Realty Group, HER Realtors, where they served as the Owner and REALTOR®, leading a team and providing support in sales strategy and marketing. Jason also served on the Business Technology Committee at the Columbus Board of REALTORS and various brokerage advisory boards. Jason then worked as a REALTOR® at CRT Realtors from 2017 to 2021. Currently, they are working as a Sales Support Analyst at CAS, actively supporting the sales team with product access and pricing analytics, facilitating customer product implementation, and troubleshooting customer access issues.

Jason LaPorte attended Hondros College of Business in 2010, where they obtained a license in Real Estate. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications over the years. These certifications include Notary Public Commission from the Ohio Secretary of State, Lead Now, and R Factor from Focus 3, among others. Some of their certifications, such as Broker Price Opinion Resource, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB), Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource, and e-PRO, do not have specific dates of when they were obtained.
