Gareth Phillips is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in user experience and product design. Currently serving as the Head of Design at Carwow since October 2021, Gareth previously held roles as Head of Product Design and UX at MotoNovo Finance and Manager and Technical Lead for User Experience at Alert Logic, where responsibilities included overseeing teams, implementing UX practices, and driving innovation in product development. Prior to these positions, Gareth worked as a Senior Digital Designer at Motel Rocks, a Digital Designer at Thrill Creative, and held various roles at Lloyds Banking Group. An accomplished designer with a strong foundation in branding and e-commerce strategies, Gareth also has a background in the creative arts as a full-time drummer for the band I AM HOPE. Education was obtained at Bridgend College and Ogmore School.
