Morgan Strow is an experienced HR Business Partner at Carus since May 2023, responsible for providing HR leadership across multiple teams in Peru. Prior to this role, Morgan served as a Partner Attorney at Strow Law LLC from June 2015 to May 2023, specializing in litigating and negotiating bodily injury and workers’ compensation claims. Previous legal experience includes positions as an Attorney at the Law Offices of Peter Ferracuti, P.C., and as a Volunteer Attorney at Metropolitan Family Services, where Morgan represented indigent clients. Early career roles include a Law Clerk position at the Illinois Attorney General's Office and a Project Assistant at Jenner & Block. Morgan holds a JD from the University of Illinois College of Law and a BS in Economics and Political Science from Illinois State University.
