Pia Huttunen currently serves as the Head of HR at Caruna, where responsibilities include acting as an HR Business Partner and overseeing Learning & Development, Talent Management, and Recruitment. Pia has extensive experience in various HR roles, including Team Lead and Senior Consultant at MPS Enterprises, focusing on recruitment and coaching, and HRD Manager at Are Oy, managing talent development for a large workforce. Previous positions include HR Manager roles at the City of Helsinki, A-lehdet Oy, and Amiedu, where efforts involved redesigning HR processes and implementing HR systems. Pia began their career as an HR Specialist at KONE and worked as a Consultant and Trainer at Sedecon Consulting. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree from the University of Jyväskylä and Adult Teacher's Pedagogical Studies from the University of Helsinki.
