Kosti Rautiainen has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as Executive Vice President of Customers and New Ventures at Caruna since March 2018, where responsibilities include asset management, long-term investment planning, and network operations. Prior to this, Kosti held the role of Executive Vice President at Maintpartner Group, overseeing services related to the energy sector. As Senior Vice President of Operations and SCM at Ekokem from February 2015 to July 2017, Kosti contributed to waste treatment, energy production, and post-acquisition operational integration. Kosti's earlier experience includes key positions at Fortum, Vattenfall, and Wärtsilä, leading operational and maintenance teams and managing projects in power production and distribution. Kosti holds a Master's degree in Energy Technology from LUT University.
