Roger Moran has extensive experience in customer service and operations, particularly in the travel and transportation sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Ground Transportation Operations Agent at CarTrawler since September 2016, Roger has effectively addressed customer queries and played a crucial role in the testing and troubleshooting of ground transportation products. Prior to this, Roger held various roles at CarTrawler, Wonga.com, City Wonders LTD, Diageo Ireland, and GUINNESS STOREHOUSE®, showcasing a strong background in customer interactions, reservations management, and sales support. Educational qualifications include a National Diploma in Music Technology and Sound Engineering from Pulse Recording College and a degree in Science from NUI Maynooth.
