Marie Power has a diverse range of work experience in talent management and organizational development. Marie most recently served as the Director of Talent at CarTrawler. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Talent & OD in the EMEA and ASPAC regions at Glanbia Performance Nutrition. Marie Power's education history begins in 1998 when they enrolled at University College Dublin and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology (Hons) in 2001. Marie then pursued a Masters degree in Organisational Psychology from University College Dublin from 2001 to 2002. In 2007, Marie attended Dublin Business School where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Counselling and Psychotherapy, specializing in Psychotherapy, in 2011.
Marie furthered their education by attending Hult Ashridge in 2017, where they completed a program in Coaching for Organisational Consultants and became an Accredited Executive Coach. Additionally, in 2018, they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Coaching and Organisational Supervision from Hult Ashridge.
In terms of additional certifications, Marie obtained the certification for Leading Hybrid Teams from Iitd in September 2021. Prior to that, in December 2018, they achieved the EMCC Executive Coach-Senior Practitioner certification from the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. Furthermore, in February 2018, Marie obtained the Executive Coach certificate from Ashridge Executive Education, Hult International Business School.
