Laura Petit has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Laura currently works as an Operations Manager at Cartken, where they oversee the company's autonomous robot platform that bridges the distance between customers and local businesses. Prior to this, Laura worked at Amazon as an Ambassador, where they trained new-hire associates and provided coaching and feedback to improve performance. Laura also served as a Fulfillment Center Associate at Amazon, meeting and exceeding production rates and handling customer orders. Laura has also worked as a Cybersecurity Analyst at Flatiron School and as an Eligibility Specialist at Conduent, where they demonstrated excellent customer service and identified consumers who qualified for program discount assistance.
