Serena Zucca is an experienced talent operations professional currently serving as the International Talent Operations Senior Manager at Cartier since August 2023. Prior to this role, Serena held various positions at Richemont from September 2013 to July 2023, including Group Senior Talent Manager and International Talent Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing talent pipelines, succession planning, and international mobility. At O-I from August 2010 to September 2013, Serena focused on corporate leadership and organizational development by designing recruitment processes and performance management systems. Earlier roles at Korn Ferry involved project coordination for global client projects in HR consultancy, where project management and resource allocation were key responsibilities. Serena began a career in talent management as an intern at GEA in 2005 after earning a Master's degree in Psychology for Enterprises and Organizations from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in 2007.
