Chika Sakurai is a seasoned professional in supply chain management, currently serving as a Senior Jewelry Store Planner and Team Leader at Cartier since January 2020. In this role, Chika is responsible for client order management, special order processing, event package merchandising, and novelty launch allocation. Previously, Chika held the position of Chief of Customer Relation Operations at Richemont from September 2011 to January 2020, overseeing customer service operations and implementing SAP ERP for stock and order management.
