Jamie Jia Mei Soon-Kesteloot (Ph.D, LL.M, CPVA) is a distinguished professional with extensive experience in innovation management and intellectual property. Currently serving as the Head of Protection and Valorisation of Innovation at EssilorLuxottica, Jamie has a pivotal role in managing R&D innovation across various domains, including smart eyewear and emerging technologies. Alongside this position, Jamie is the President of I3PM International Institute for Intellectual Property Management, a jury member for the Cartier Women's Initiative, and the founder of NextUp/Ne互tUp. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the National University of Singapore and an LL.M in IP Law from the Center for International Intellectual Property Studies.
