Lewis Zulick, MD MMM, is a seasoned medical professional with extensive experience in surgery and medical management. Currently serving as an Attending Surgeon at Western NY Dept of Surgery and Carthage Area Hospital since 2016 and 2019 respectively, Zulick also holds the position of Chief of Surgery for the Eastern Region at Rochester Regional Health, overseeing Newark Wayne Community Hospital and Clifton Springs Hospital. Previously, Zulick practiced at Clifton Springs Hospital and FF Thompson Hospital for over two decades and served as President and CEO of Clifton Springs Hospital and Clinic, focusing on medical staff liaison, credentialing, and clinical performance improvement. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry, an MMM in Medical Management from Carnegie Mellon University, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Allegheny College.
