Since April 1999, Matt has served as the Sr. Managing Partner at CarterMackay, Inc., where responsibilities include managing a team focused on recruiting and business development within Enterprise Software, Consulting Services, Storage, and Information Technology. This team conducts national searches for a diverse clientele, including Fortune 100 companies and venture capital-funded startups. Prior to this role, Matt was a Sr. Consultant at First National Marketing Group from 1997 to 1999.
