Paul de Rijk has extensive experience in the pulp and paper industry, currently serving as Business Unit Manager at Oji Fibre Solutions since July 2015, following a tenure as Plant Manager for Pulping & Bleaching. Previously, Paul held the position of Plant Engineer for Chemical & Recausticising Plants at Carter Holt Harvey since September 2012 and worked as a Run Plant Engineer at Dow Chemical from January 2011 to August 2012. Paul's career began as a Specialist Process Engineer at Carter Holt Harvey from November 2004 to July 2010. Paul is an alumnus of the University of Canterbury, where education was completed from 2000 to 2003.
