Peter DeLuca is a founding partner and managing partner at Carter, DeLuca & Farrell LLP, an intellectual property law firm established in January 2002, specializing in the protection and enhancement of clients' technological developments, product launch guidance, and intellectual property due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. Prior to this role, Peter served as a partner at Dilworth & Barrese from 1990 to 2001 and as an associate attorney at Morgan & Finnegan from 1986 to 1990. Peter holds a J.D. from Marquette University Law School, an M.S. in Geochemistry from Stony Brook University, and a B.A. in Chemistry from Franklin & Marshall College.
