Jef Volders serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer and Global Vice President of HR for the Solutions Division at Cartamundi, a role held since October 2018, focusing on innovative manufacturing solutions and customer experiences within a global team. Previously, Jef held several HR leadership positions at DB Schenker, including HR Manager for Belgium and international sales offices, where efforts concentrated on transforming HR efficiency and supporting top-line growth across multiple countries. Jef's extensive educational background includes a Master’s in Social and Work Pedagogy from KU Leuven and various executive education programs at prestigious institutions. With experience that spans teaching, advising in management and leadership, and managing large teams, Jef is dedicated to fostering growth and development in organizations.
