Vince Lo is a seasoned product leader with extensive experience in product management and development. Currently serving as the Director of Product at Carta, Vince oversees teams focused on Capitalization & Reporting, Valuations, Financial Reporting, and Securities Platforms. Previous roles include Principal Product Manager and Lead Product Manager at Carta, where significant contributions led to a notable increase in annual recurring revenue. Vince has also held senior product management positions at Namely and Xero, where successful product launches and integrations enhanced user experience and engagement. Additionally, Vince began a career as a Software Engineer at SK Planet, Inc., demonstrating a strong technical foundation. Vince holds a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering with a minor in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
