Samuel Diniz Soares is an experienced project manager specializing in high-level implementations within the enterprise space, currently serving as the Implementations Technical Team Lead at Carta since October 2019. Samuel has effectively managed complex projects via Salesforce, overseeing enterprise and law firm initiatives with a focus on a personalized, high-touch service model. As a founding member of the Black at Carta Leadership Team, Samuel is committed to fostering diversity and inclusion within the organization. Prior experience includes roles at IBM, where Samuel worked in accounts receivable and financial analysis, gaining expertise in customer support and cash application processes. Samuel holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro and an MBA in Business Administration from Universidade Veiga de Almeida.
