Michael Dowdell is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in software development and leadership. Currently serving as Staff Engineer, Director of Engineering, and Engineering Team Lead at Carta since June 2017, Michael leads engineering efforts for investor-focused products, emphasizing the rapid prototyping and deployment of scalable microservices. Previously, Michael held the position of Full-stack Developer at 52inc from July 2015 to June 2017 and co-founded Revictus, Inc. between 2014 and 2017. Additionally, Michael was a Partner at Acceas Partners, LLC from 2004 to 2015. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree from Purdue University, earned from 2002 to 2006.
