Lais Neves is a Senior Implementations Project Manager at Capdesk from Carta since November 2022, with a significant tenure at Carta beginning in April 2021. In this role, Lais manages clients' implementation projects, facilitating strong customer relationships and guiding clients through the implementation process. Previous experience includes a promoter role at the Pyeongchang Organizing Committee for the 2018 Olympic & Paralympic Winter Games, where Lais provided multilingual support and introduced visitors to Pyeongchang House.
