Gloria Omoregie is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in fund accounting and implementation. Currently serving as a Fund Controller at Carta since September 2021, Gloria provides outsourced accounting services for multiple large venture capital fund clients with over $2 billion in combined assets under management. Prior roles include Senior Implementation Analyst at Opus Fund Services, where Gloria was responsible for reviewing fund documents and establishing new funds, and Fund Accountant II and I at Jackson National Asset Management, where responsibilities included producing daily Net Asset Values for complex mutual funds and resolving discrepancies. Gloria holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Accounting from the University of Illinois Chicago.
