Amgad Fadlalla began their career in 2014 as a Customer Service Representative at Inspire Software Company, where they consulted with customers to get their feedback and fix any issues with the product or service. In 2019, they became a Ramp Agent at AHBA Air Handling. In 2021, they joined Emirates Post as a Customer Service Specialist, handling customers' calls and shipping orders and listening to their questions, and providing answers as needed. In 2022, they joined CarSwitch Arabia as a Customer Service Sales Representative, guiding and monitoring the Mechanics Day to day operation, supporting the team to improve their performance, and following up of vehicle shipments from UAE to Saudi Arabia. amgad also developed a knowledge base for CarSwitch KSA.
Amgad Fadlalla attended the International Academy for Aviation and Technology from 2013 to 2014, where they earned a Diploma of Education in Aviation.
