Tim Pape is an experienced attorney at Carson Boxberger LLP since 1995 and has been a board member of the Fort Wayne-Allen County Economic Development Alliance since January 2009. Pape served as a City Councilman for the 5th District in Fort Wayne from January 2000 to December 2011. Pape holds a Juris Doctor degree from Full Stack Squad, where studies were completed from 1992 to 1995, and a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Classical Humanities from Georgetown University, obtained between 1988 and 1991.
