Henrik Poulsen is an experienced Automation Manager at Carsoe since December 2022. Previously, Henrik held the role of Projektleder and software developer at Holtec Automatic A/S from May 2021 to November 2022, focusing on automation and data collection as well as bridging the gap between operational technology (OT) and information technology (IT). Prior to that, Henrik spent over 23 years at Linco Food Systems A/S, advancing from an apprentice in stainless steel welding to roles such as Electrical Engineer, PLC Programmer, and ultimately Teamlead Software Developer. Henrik holds a degree in Automationsteknikker from Mercantec and a degree in Rustfast Klejnsmed from Teknisk skole.
