Ashley Elkins is a finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and accounting across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Finance at Carsoe since October 2023, Ashley previously held the position of Controller at Outdoor Research from July 2016 to October 2023, where responsibilities included KSOX compliance, cash management, month-end closing, and software implementation. Prior experience includes roles such as Finance/HR Manager-Controller at Valence Surface Technologies, accountant at City of Marysville, and senior financial analyst at The Walt Disney Company. Ashley has also contributed academically as an adjunct faculty member at City University of Seattle, teaching a range of accounting courses. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Accountancy and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from San Diego State University.
