Marie Charlotte Malotaux is an experienced legal professional with a diverse background in corporate law and legal management. Since September 2016, Marie Charlotte has served as Responsable juridique at Groupe CARSO, managing the legal affairs and compliance for 56 French and European companies under LBO. Previous roles include Juriste entreprise at Messageries lyonnaises de presse, where responsibilities encompassed legal oversight for a group distributing 3,300 press titles, and various positions involving legal administration and support, including work at Caisse d'Epargne Rhone Alpes and MEDEF Lyon-Rhône. Marie Charlotte holds a MASTER 2 in Political Science and International Law and a MASTER 1 in International Law from Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III), complemented by an early degree in Law from Université Lumière Lyon 2.
