Sravan Raj has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Sravan is currently working as a Product Manager at Carscan since February 2022. Prior to this, they founded and served as the CEO at Razen Customs, an online car customization studio in India, from June 2018 to February 2022. At Razen Customs, Sravan disrupted the automotive customization market by using technology and offering doorstep installation services for car accessories.

Before their entrepreneurial venture, Sravan worked as an Area Service Manager at Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd. from July 2015 to June 2018. In this role, they managed a crucial area with 12 dealers and 37 networks in the Tamil Nadu South Zone, overseeing more than 500 manpower. Honda is the world's largest two-wheeler manufacturer and a major player in the Indian market.

Sravan also gained work experience as a Project Trainee at Tata Motors' Quality department in the Commercial Vehicles Plant from January 2015 to June 2015. Prior to this, they worked as a Project Trainee at Innomation's R&D Division in the Packaging Unit from May 2014 to July 2014. Additionally, they served as a Project Trainee at VISAKHAPATNAM STEEL PLANT in the Boiler unit of the Thermal Power Plant in July 2013.

Sravan Raj completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, from 2010 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended Narayana Junior college in Hyderabad from 2008 to 2010, where they completed their Intermediate education with a focus on Maths, Physics, and Chemistry.

In addition to their formal education, Sravan Raj has obtained several certifications. In May 2021, they obtained a certification in Financial Modeling from Udemy. In May 2018, they completed a certification in Entrepreneurship Development from The Entrepreneur Zone (TEZ).
