Amy Mathew is the current MRL Head of People at CARS24. Amy has over ten years of experience in Human Resources, including serving as an HR Business Partner at Al-Futtaim from July 2011 to March 2021. In their role at Al-Futtaim, Amy was responsible for delivering full spectrum HR guidance, leading HR operations, and driving the company's people and engagement agenda. Amy also played a key role in designing and developing an operational HR dashboard, as well as leading and managing the recruitment process. Additionally, Amy has experience managing employee relations issues and executing disciplinary actions and terminations. Amy is a skilled Human Resources professional with a proven track record of success in their field.

Amy Mathew has an MBA in HR from ICFAI and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) from Visvesvaraya Technological University. Amy also has certifications from the World HR Board in Licentiate in HRBP and Certified in HR metrics and Data Analytics, and from ISO in Certified Auditor ISO 9001:2015.
