Al Bayer has extensive experience in agile practices and project management, currently serving as the Manager of Agile Practices at Cars.com since June 2014, following various leadership roles including Engineering Manager and Senior Agile Coach. Prior to Cars.com, Al held the position of Director of Data Strategy and Integration at Homefinder.com. Al's past experience also includes significant tenure at Constellation Brands as an IT Project Manager and nearly 17 years at TransUnion in multiple management roles. Al Bayer earned an MBA in Management Information Systems from Lewis University between 1997 and 2000.
