Jackie Weiser is the Director of Data Science and Analytics at Carrum Health, starting in September 2024. Previously, Jackie held the position of Director of Data Science at Spring Health from May 2023 to September 2024, and served as VP of Machine Learning and Data Science at Talkspace from October 2021 to November 2022. Jackie’s experience includes significant contributions at Crisis Text Line as Director of Machine Learning and Research, where innovative machine learning models were developed to assess suicidal risk in text messages. Jackie also worked as a Senior Data Scientist at DataKind, ZeroFOX, CNA Insurance, and Bank of America, leading various data science initiatives and model developments across sectors such as health care, finance, and cyber security. Jackie holds a Master of Science in Applied Mathematics from Northwestern University and Bachelor's degrees in Mathematics and Physics from the University of New Hampshire, along with a Mandarin degree from Soochow University.
