Grady Lawlor has been employed by three companies since 2018. Grady began their career as a Student Athletic Program Assistant at the University of Connecticut in 2018. In 2019, they took on an Intern role at Sikorsky as an Asset Management/Finance Intern. In 2020, they joined Carrubba Incorporated as an Account Executive, later transitioning to a Sales Associate and Production Assistant.

Grady Lawlor earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Resource Economics from the University of Connecticut between 2016 and 2020.
