Jaison Morgan

Jaison Morgan's work experience spans several prominent organizations. Jaison began their career with the City of Chicago as a graduate student, where they served as Coordinator of Economic Development and developed a grant-making system to distribute federal funds. Jaison also played a key role in establishing a small business incubator in an economically disadvantaged area. Following this, Jaison worked as a Principal at Green Street Consulting Services, focusing on grant-making foundations and nonprofit organizations. During their time there, they successfully implemented a wage-based tax credit syndication for a nonprofit agency. Jaison then moved on to the X PRIZE Foundation, where they served as a Senior Director, overseeing the creation and management of prizes to promote innovation and solve market failures. Finally, Jaison became the CEO of Carrot, a consulting and software services provider specializing in incentive models and driving innovation for corporate, government, and philanthropic partners. In this role, they were responsible for generating global brand exposure for clients around the world.

Jaison Morgan began their education at Benedictine High School. The exact dates of their attendance are unknown. Jaison then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree at Hampden-Sydney College, completing their studies from 1990 to 1994. Following this, Jaison earned a Master of Arts degree from the University of Chicago, which they attended from 1996 to 1999. Lastly, they had the opportunity to be a guest lecturer at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Sloan School of Management from 2007 to 2009. Their lectures focused on the interdisciplinary field of Health Sciences & Technology, a collaborative program offered by Harvard and MIT.
