Billy Harrell is currently working as an Account Manager and Estimator/Project Manager at Central Paving, LLC since July 2021. Prior to this, Billy was the Owner/Designer at Drawknife Studios since January 2012. Billy also has experience as a Farmer at Mountain View Ranches from July 2011 to July 2021. Harrell attended Central Washington University from 2011 to 2013 and Western Washington University from 2008 to 2011.
