Lisa Picker has extensive experience in communications and public relations, currently serving as the Director of Communications at Carroll County Public Library since October 2002. Additionally, Lisa has been a Board Member at the Literacy Council of Carroll County since April 2018 and previously held a Board Member position at the Carroll County Farm Museum from July 2011 to July 2017. Lisa also served as President of the Rotary Club of Bonds Meadow from August 2014 to August 2015. Lisa Picker holds a Master's degree in Contemporary Communications from Notre Dame of Maryland University (2005-2009) and a Bachelor's degree in Art and Art History from Towson University (1996-2000).
