Chris Swam has extensive experience in digital media management and production, currently serving as the Digital Media Manager for the Communications Office at Carroll County Government since January 2005. Swam successfully launched the government access channel in June 2005 and oversees all content creation for a 24-hour cable television channel, online video directory, and various social media platforms. As the owner/operator of EBU Productions since January 1992, Swam specializes in nonlinear editing, digital videography, web design, and photography. Previous roles include Restaurant and Promotions Manager at an audio/video consultation company, where responsibilities included managing over 60 employees and designing advertisements. Additionally, Swam has served as a Producer and Broadcast Technician at Carroll Community Television, training over 30 community producers in video production. Chris Swam holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Theatre and Video Technology from Villa Julie College.
