Program Director Of Cybersecurity And Computer Information Systems at Carroll Community College

Matt Day currently serves as the Program Director of Cybersecurity and Computer Information Systems at Carroll Community College, a position held since February 2003. In this role, Matt Day merged the Computer Information Systems and Cybersecurity programs, enhancing training flexibility for students. Previously, as the Program Director of Cybersecurity, Matt Day established a comprehensive program that served over 300 students in its initial three years. Additional experience includes managing workforce development training programs as the Director of Workforce Development, coordinating non-credit technology training, and instructing computer technology courses for approximately 1,500 students over four years. Prior to joining Carroll Community College, Matt Day worked as a Network Administrator at WorldCom and a Technology Support Specialist at Carroll County Bank. Educational credentials include an MBA in Business Administration from Mount St. Mary's University and a BS in Computer Information Science from West Virginia Wesleyan College.
