Bill Warburton is an experienced web developer currently employed at Carroll Community College since December 2017. Previously, Warburton served as the Director of the Technology and Computer Studies Division at Hagerstown Community College from 2016 to November 2018 and held the position of Assistant Professor at Carroll Community College from January 2000 to 2016. Warburton's extensive experience in technology began at BGE, where a role as a Systems Analyst was held from July 1984 to July 1999. Warburton possesses a strong software background in various programming and web development languages, including Visual Studio, ASP.NET, and C#, complemented by a Master's degree in Business with a focus on Management Information Systems from the University of Baltimore.
