Danielle Nicholas is an experienced Somatic Coach and Mindful Leadership Consultant, currently serving in these roles at Danielle Nicholas Somatic Coach and Carroll College, respectively. With a diverse background, Danielle founded the Terroir of Beef Project, conducting beef tastings across the western U.S., and has been an Adjunct Faculty member at Montana State University since 2015, where responsibilities include facilitating freshman seminars and promoting student success. Previous roles include Manager at Crazy Mountain Grassfed Beef LLC, Marketing Director at Fisher Blacksmithing, Education Specialist for both the Thermal Biology Institute and the National Park Service, and a brief stint as a Horsepacker for NOLS. Danielle holds a BA from Brown University, an MEd from the University of Oregon, a certificate in Science Writing from Johns Hopkins University, and an MPIA in International Environmental Policy from UCSD.
